Star & Key - Passion Fruit Rum

Our Passion Fruit Rum enjoys two years of tropical aging in Cognac and Bourbon casks before being infused with fresh passion fruit grown in the estate's orchards. The passion fruit brings a tropical twist and some extra layers of flavor to your favorite rum cocktails. Traditionally, in Mauritius, we like it in a ‘Ti Punch (Daiquiri), but you really should try in a Mai Tai and a Pornstar Martini. See the cocktail page for more inspiration.
