Ingredients

2 oz Passion Fruit Rum
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup
2 oz sparkling wine, chilled
1/2 passion fruit garnish

Method

Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a passion fruit half. Serve with sparkling wine sidecar.
