Passion Pineapple Sour
Ingredients
2oz oz Passion Fruit Rum,
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice,
1 oz egg white
1/2 oz demerara sugar syrup,
top with Champagne
1 skewered cherry garnish
Method
Dry shake everything (except the Champagne). Add ice, shake again and strain into a flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a skewered cherry.
