A classic tiki cocktail, 3 dots and a dash is the morse code for “V” or victory! It was invented by Donn Beach (one of the fathers of tiki) for the returning troops after WWII.

Ingredients

2 oz Passion Fruit Rum
1/4 oz Velvet Falernum
1/4 oz all spice dram
1/2 oz honey syrup
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
3 maraschino cherries
and 1 pineapple frond garnish

Method

Add everything to a mixer tin, fill with crushed ice (and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes), flash blend and pour into a footed pilsner glass and garnish.
